We cannot stress enough how every little
bit helps!

Public Chapter Needs
Shield Teams and Phone Volunteers
The Defender Foundation Pledges to be Good Stewards to your
Donations.
Get involved.
The Defender Foundation absolutely needs
your help. As we are an organization of doers, we have not stressed how much we
need support to this
point. As operations and Shield Team Operations have expanded from Florida to
the entire SouthEast, funding has become critical. We have Shield Team
volunteers going without because they do not want to say no when we have to
conduct an investigation or rollout. And truthfully, if we got a call from the
West Coast or pretty much anywhere in the U.S. and we could get a team there,
we would respond. Our first rescue operation we were involved in was actually in
Pennsylvania and we wish we could have responded in force.
The Defender Foundation is a 501(c)3 Charity and as a result,
your contributions are tax deductable. Your donation categories can be in the general
category where your funds will be put where they are most needed, or we apply
your funds to the department that you are wanting to get behind the most.
We want to be up front about where your
donations goes. This is not
your usual charity, and as such, much of your funding will go towards
Operations. These include Shield Team Operations and Awareness, Prevention and
Education Operations. We do support several shelters with volunteer work and
donations of clothing and supplies but our focus is on not just supporting the
victims, but getting them from the hands of their Traffickers in the first place, and then
prosecuting the Traffickers.

These are examples but my no stretch of the
imagination, a complete list.

and other various non-disclosed gear.
This is actually a huge area but we would
rather limit how much a possible adversary knows as far as our resources
and tactics in this area.
Food
While the Teams try not to stop
during operations, they eventually have to eat and do get hungry during
training.
Training
We try to keep as much
training in house as possible due to limited funds. But various
instructors in various tactical equipment, courses and course materials,
do add up. We encourage training facilities as much as possible to write
off part of the fees and expenses for Charity.
Vehicles
The Shield Teams need dedicated vehicles equipped for
Retrieval Operations. We are accepting donations of aircraft and boats
at this time as well.
If you or your company would rather donate vehicles,
products or equipment directly, we will be happy to use it in this
fight.
As you can see by some of these prices, often we seek to
use refurbished or sale priced materials. We want to be safe and effective, but
we will not abuse any funding either. Thank you so much for your support.
